MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I'm Liz Joyce! (she/her) I work closely with dog sport handlers of all fitness levels to improve their transferrable strength, athleticism, agility and speed.

If you’re ready to improve YOUR role in dog sport, you’re in the right place!

I've been coaching since 2006, and working with handlers since 2016. You will find the courses are split way down so you won’t miss any steps, and the concepts of R+ handling are at the heart of it all.  

I’ve logged over 18000 client training hours to date. I’ve learned to do very different things with my body and have had amazing coaches throughout my life. I’ve had a very successful athletic career in multiple disciplines:

  • Powerlifting. 5 x National and 1 x International Champion

  • Wrestling. 7 x Provincial Champion and 7th Place Nationally

  • Synchronized swimming. 5 x Provincial Champion

  • Mid-distance running. Top 10%

I've studied program development, strength training, athletic development, applied movement mechanics, best practices for menopause, osteoporosis and much more.

Using all this experience, and education, these courses are accessible and intelligently progressed which ends up being really effective for all types of people!
