  • Provided you’ve received medical clearance, yes.

  • YES!!!! Oh gosh, yes! Accessibility is everything and building people from a low level of fitness is my specialty. Get on in here!

  • This course is ideal if your primary goals are speed and agility, for the sport of dog agility. If you’re having a hard time getting up from a chair for example, I’d recommend Power for Your Sport.

  • Your speed workout twice per week lasting 30-40 mins. Daily mobility is 5-6 mins.

  • Required equipment is 7 cones, or markers, and one 12-run agility ladder.

  • 30-100 yards in a straight, flat line and approx 30 square yards of open space for skill work.

  • Every 3 weeks there is a video review and you have the opportunity to submit a 60 second video of ANY course material for thorough video analysis.

  • $50USD/month.

  • Yes, you can cancel at anytime. There is no commitment.
