MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I'm Liz Joyce! I am a Personal Training Specialist and I work closely with dog sport handlers of all fitness levels to improve their transferrable strength, athleticism, agility and speed.

I've been coaching since 2006, and working with handlers since 2016. I’ve logged over 18000 client training hours to date, helping 1000+ handlers improve their fitness including the Irish WAO team. I hold certifications in Running Gait Analysis and Foam Rolling and Myofascial Release.

I’ve had a successful athletic career in multiple disciplines:

  • Powerlifting. 5 x National and 1 x International Champion

  • Wrestling. 7 x Provincial Champion and 7th Place Nationally

  • Synchronized swimming. 5 x Provincial Champion

  • Mid-distance running. Top 10%

My coaches have:

  • Won multiple international Powerlifting events.

  • Competed in Strongman Competitions.

  • Competed in professional Thai boxing.

  • Qualified for the Olympics in Wrestling.

  • Olympic alternate 400m sprint.

  • Head physiotherapist, NHL teams.
