FAQ’s

  • Two strength workouts per week lasting 35-45 mins. Daily mobility is 5-6 mins.

  • Recommended dumbbells are sets of 5lbs, 10lbs and 15lbs. As well as THIS BAND SET, and a yoga mat.

    These workouts are designed to be done in the space of a yoga mat.

  • Accessibility to quality strength training is a non-negotiable value of mine. With the help of hundreds of students providing feedback, the course is designed around accessibility. There are adaptations for exercises, and I’m always here to help.

  • No, save the expensive gym fees! This is designed for working out at home. It does travel to gyms nicely, but is not required.

  • Yes! Power for Your Sport will build your strength, with movements split way down ensuring success. In fact, the less fit you are the more exciting the progress is!

  • Provided you’ve received medical clearance, yes.

  • Every 3 weeks there is a video review and you have the opportunity to submit a 60 second video of ANY course material for thorough video analysis.

  • The course is $50/month and you can cancel at anytime. There is no commitment.

  • Unless speed for agility is your primary goal, this is the course for you. Being stronger will help ALL of your dog sport goals, and your life, in tremendous ways.
